Job Summary

Own and scale global brand activation from strategy through on-site delivery, coordinating agencies, budgets, and cross-market briefs to drive consistent activation impact.

  • Activation ownership: plan, execute, and produce experiential campaigns across regions with vendor leadership and real-time production problem solving.
  • Briefing and measurement: turn insights into briefs and KPI tracking for post-event learning across markets.
  • Executive alignment: build data-driven business cases to secure cross-functional buy-in and drive adoption across regions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Program Activation Management: Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of brand activation for owned and sponsored experiential campaigns.
  • Direct all project logistics for on-site venue management and third-party vendor coordination, serving as the lead producer to resolve real-time production challenges.
  • Asset Management: Develop comprehensive activation toolkits—inclusive of social, digital, and experiential assets—to ensure brand alignment and operational readiness for Issuers.
  • Program Communications: Synthesize global strategies and consumer insights into actionable marketing briefs that drive consistency across all activation markets.
  • Global Agency Coordination: Liaison with a diverse roster of creative, media, PR, and event agencies across international regions; establish KPIs, lead operational reviews, and track performance to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management & Influence: Secure executive buy-in by translating complex program goals into compelling, data-driven business cases that encourage widespread adoption.
  • Communications Strategy: Collaborate with International Comms to deploy pre- and post-campaign plans that amplify engagement and leverage post-event analysis for future insights.
  • KPI & Performance Tracking: Conduct deep-dive analyses of post-activation metrics to maintain reporting on global campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Oversee activation budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and adherence to regional allocations.
