Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Event Research & Logistics Support: Research, source, and support the booking of venues for global events, including product launches, trade shows, and internal meetings
  • Event Research & Logistics Support: Research, source, book, and manage hotel room blocks for global staff and leadership, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Event Research & Logistics Support: Support site research and preparation for venue visits and site checks
  • Event Research & Logistics Support: Assist with event logistics planning, including schedules, transportation coordination, and on-site needs
  • Trade Shows & Lenovo Collaboration: Collaborate with Lenovo events teams to support Motorola’s presence at global trade shows
  • Trade Shows & Lenovo Collaboration: Assist with planning and execution logistics tied to shared Lenovo/Motorola trade show environments
  • Trade Shows & Lenovo Collaboration: Support coordination across teams to ensure Motorola requirements are reflected within master trade show plans
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners across Brand, Social Media, and Product Marketing to support PR and event needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support alignment with Brand to ensure event elements follow Motorola brand guidelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist senior team members with day-to-day coordination and execution tasks

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in events, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience supporting event logistics, hotel bookings, or venue research is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, timelines, and detailed planning documents
  • Interest in global events and experiential marketing
  • Open to travel up to 20% of the time
