Responsibilities

• Lead PR strategy and campaign direction for multiple clients
• Develop media narratives, angles, and thought leadership strategies
• Secure earned media through proactive pitching and commentary
• Manage and participate in client calls and strategy discussions
• Review and refine pitches, press materials, and media plans
• Provide feedback and strategic oversight to junior team members
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication
• Collaborate with agency leadership on account performance and growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of public relations experience (agency experience preferred)
• Proven success securing high level earned media placements + client retention on multiple accounts
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts + PR metrics
• Experience mentoring or overseeing PR staff
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Organized, proactive, and self-directed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote agency environment
