Own the growth engine for a portfolio leader by shaping strategy, pricing, and channel mix to lift topline and margins.

- Define and execute a growth strategy
- Drive EBITDA expansion (pricing, mix, operations)
- Own KPIs tied to growth, margin, and productivity
- Develop customer-led solutions
- Translate market needs into differentiated offerings
- Strengthen pricing, segmentation, and sales execution
Requirements
- 10+ years as a GM or business leader with P&L ownership
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Chemistry, or Business)
- Strong commercial excellence background (pricing, channels, key accounts)
- Proven innovation and portfolio leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams
Preferred
- Experience in polyethylene packaging (food & industrial)
- Lean / continuous improvement expertise
