Responsibilities

• You will provide direction and feedback to representatives.
• You will oversee the work of your team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.
• Maintain knowledge of company, departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.
• You will complete required reports.
• Maintain records to document/verify department activities.
• You will monitor inventory control of general office/rewards club supplies.
• Help implement events and promotions.
• You will attend training and workshops to develop marketing skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned
