Job Summary

Own the narrative and engagement for a historic energy transformation, shaping internal culture and external story lines with data-driven storytelling for diverse stakeholders.

  • Growth/Ownership: Own plant-wide comms strategy and engagement programs that align with rapid, cross-functional energy-infrastructure projects.
  • Audience & Channels: Target internal teams, executives, partners, and customers using executive messaging, town halls, and external media as appropriate.
  • Tools & Metrics: Use data to measure trust, engagement, and leadership development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to move initiatives forward.
