Job Summary

Own and scale Sierra 0s international performance marketing across EMEA and APAC, leading paid search, paid social, and regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional teams; drive channel discovery, experimentation, and data-driven optimization to grow pipeline and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Sierra's international performance marketing function, defining and executing the strategy to grow pipeline across EMEA and APAC by owning paid search, paid social, and the systems, channels, and processes that will scale across regions.
  • Develop localized go-to-market strategies by partnering closely with regional Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring targeting, messaging, creative, and copy reflect how buyers research and purchase in each market rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all global approach.
  • Identify and optimize regional growth channels, sourcing and testing local advertising platforms, influencers, communities, trade publications, and other market-specific opportunities while ensuring accurate account and persona targeting.
  • Lead strategy and hands-on execution, driving targeting, positioning, campaign creation, bid optimization, budget allocation, creative development, and continuous experimentation across audiences, messaging, channels, and regions.
  • Leverage data, attribution, and AI to optimize regional pipeline and revenue performance, make smarter investment decisions, automate workflows, and scale experimentation and impact across international markets.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B performance marketing experience with deep hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social, a proven track record of owning pipeline targets, partnering closely with Sales, and expert-level proficiency across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta/Facebook Ads.
  • Strong international and localization experience, including identifying and activating market-specific advertising channels, ensuring accurate account and persona targeting, and adapting campaigns for local markets beyond simple translation.
  • Exceptional strategic and executional capabilities, with the ability to develop targeting, messaging, and competitive positioning while executing campaign structure, platform optimization, bid strategy, budget allocation, copy, and creative in close partnership with cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
  • A data-driven operator with a bias for experimentation, leveraging attribution, marketing operations, CRM and marketing automation platforms to connect spend to pipeline and revenue, forecast performance, and turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • A self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments, embraces ambiguity, is passionate about AI and automation, and is motivated by building scalable programs and processes from the ground up while maximizing ROAS.

Preferred

  • Experience leading B2B marketing across international markets (EMEA and/or APAC) with a strong understanding of regional buyer behavior, channel preferences, regulatory and privacy considerations, and proficiency in one or more non-English languages.
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling, including Clay and data enrichment platforms, along with expertise in ABM strategies targeting named accounts in high-ACV, enterprise sales environments and marketing technical or AI products to sophisticated B2B buyers.
  • A relentless experimentation mindset, with a constant pipeline of new ideas to test, optimize, and scale to improve targeting, campaign performance, and growth.

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
