Job Summary

Drive enterprise demand generation strategy and ABM execution to move target healthcare data leadership accounts through the funnel.

  • Must-have: 6-8 years in enterprise B2B marketing with proven pipeline impact and ABM program leadership.
  • Standout: AI-native approach combined with healthcare data domain exposure for targeted messaging and faster iteration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline & Demand Generation
  • Build and run the demand generation strategy: events, webinars, ABM programs, executive dinners, outbound sequences, thought leadership - then execute it
  • Research target accounts; identify intent signals and translate them into sharp hypotheses and outbound plays
  • Own our conference presence at healthcare industry events including targeting, messaging, hosted events, follow-through
  • Set up measurement, report on account progression and pipeline impact, iterate quickly on what isn’t working
  • Contribute to the enterprise positioning and messaging for Subsalt. Translate platform capabilities into clear, compelling value for CDOs, VPs of Data, and research informatics leaders
  • Develop a content program anchored to a core market insight that gives buyers a reason to engage before they’re actively in-market
  • Build and iterate on the assets that move accounts forward - persona-specific messaging, landing pages, account narratives, outbound collateral, sales enablement
  • Maintain and evolve the Subsalt brand in lockstep with our positioning across web, outbound, and collateral
  • Setup the marketing tech stack with a clean slate. We use HubSpot today for our CRM but only very light investments

Requirements

  • 6-8 years experience in enterprise B2B marketing, product marketing, or demand generation - and can show pipeline impact
  • Built and run ABM programs for enterprise or named accounts; knows how to research buying committees, find intent signals, and build plays around them
  • Bring strong product marketing instincts - can take a technically differentiated product and craft positioning that lands with a non-technical executive
  • Are analytical and outcome-driven; tracks what they do, measures what moves, and communicates results clearly
  • Are AI-native - uses AI tools to produce at a higher quality and velocity than would otherwise be possible, and can demonstrate this in practice
  • Operate with high ownership and a bias toward action; doesn’t wait for permission or a playbook
  • Someone who loves to iterate and build
  • Are comfortable owning the entire marketing surface area solo - content, events, outbound, brand
  • Enterprise B2B experience is a must
  • Healthcare experience is a huge plus

Preferred

  • experience working with Gartner and similar
  • Healthcare experience or candidate who has marketed directly to healthcare data leaders (CDOs, VPs of Data, research informatics) or worked inside a healthcare data company
  • Enterprise B2B marketing, product marketing, or demand generation experience with pipeline impact (6-8 years)
  • Strong product marketing instincts and ability to craft positioning for a technically differentiated product
  • Analytical and outcome-driven approach; tracks what they do and measures what moves

Benefits

  • Remote-first
  • travel budget for conferences and other events plus team onsites
  • Competitive salary and meaningful early equity
  • AI-first company - we use AI across every function, and we expect and support you doing the same
