Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design static and motion paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
- Create short-form video ads (UGC style, founder-led, product storytelling)
- Develop creative variations for structured A/B testing
- Repurpose raw founder/team footage and product content into ad-ready assets
- Create overlays, hooks, typography treatments, and motion graphics
- Optimize creative based on performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPC)
- Collaborate on testing roadmaps
- Maintain brand consistency while prioritizing conversion
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing paid social ads
- Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Direct experience building ads for Meta + TikTok
- Deep understanding of performance creative testing
- Ability to balance luxury aesthetic with performance marketing needs
- Fast turnaround and high output
- Comfortable working in a scrappy, high-growth startup environment
Preferred
- Experience in fashion or luxury brands
- Bonus: Experience with AI creative tools
