Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing thoughtful counsel and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Evaluate creative, media, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with approved strategy and client objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, cross-channel campaigns (digital, traditional, social, experiential).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client's business, category, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure work is delivered with accuracy, quality, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear growth goals and create opportunities for learning and advancement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and agency culture-building efforts.
  • Lead with empathy, positivity, and a commitment to team wellbeing.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of marketing, advertising, or agency experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and impact.
  • Strong integrated marketing experience across channels (digital, traditional, social, experiential).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including delegation, mentorship, and performance development.
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to big-picture thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills-confident in presenting and writing for both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

  • B2B and/or retail experience.
  • Advanced degree a plus.
