Job Summary

Own a frontline, multi-hat role focused on fulfillment, inventory, and community engagement, while shaping social media content and local events.

Drive order fulfillment and inventory upkeep while supporting in-store and local community activities
Develop and contribute creative social media content and grassroots marketing ideas
Collaborate across teams to foster relationships with local collectors, gamers, and customers

Package and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
Help receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
Assist with inventory management and general warehouse organization
Help customers with local pickups and storefront visits
Keep the workspace organized and running smoothly
Help create and post social media content featuring new products, arrivals, events, and what's happening at New Meta
Take photos and short-form video content for social media
Help engage with customers and the local collector/gaming community online
Assist with ideas for promotions, events, and other ways to grow awareness of New Meta
Help us build stronger relationships with local collectors, gamers, and customers

Someone reliable who shows up, gets things done, and is comfortable jumping between very different tasks
Outgoing and comfortable interacting with customers and the local community
Familiar and comfortable with social media
Creative enough to help come up with content and local marketing ideas
Able to work independently in a small-team environment
Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to approximately 30–40 lbs
An interest in action figures, collectibles, tabletop gaming, sci-fi, fantasy, comics, or pop culture is a big plus
