Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be physically present on property to capture photos and short videos of key events, daily activity, and amenities (pool, racquet, golf, F&B, fitness, etc.) for use in marketing.
  • Draft and schedule engaging posts and stories across the club’s social media platforms in alignment with club brand guidelines.
  • Write concise, on-brand captions and member-focused messaging that highlight benefits, experience, and community.
  • Monitor comments and messages on social media, respond appropriately within guidelines, and route member questions or concerns to the correct department head.
  • Create and send regular member email communications, such as the weekly newsletter, using the club’s email platform.
  • Coordinate with department heads to compile upcoming events, programming, deadlines, and announcements into clear, visually appealing communications.
  • Maintain the email distribution list and ensure content is accurate and timely.
  • Develop simple promotional plans for key events (such as save-the-date posts, reminder emails, surveys, photo recaps).
  • Partner with Racquet, Golf, Pool, F&B, and Membership to ensure each department’s programs are marketed appropriately and with lead time.
  • Create event flyers and in-house signage that maintains brand standards provided by ownership.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, ideally in hospitality, club, resort, or service-oriented environments.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and member-appropriate copy.
  • Comfortable capturing and appearing around photo/video activity at events.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and basic email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with simple design tools, such as Canva, and willingness to work within established brand guidelines.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Availability to work some afternoons, evenings, and weekends aligned with club events and peak periods.
