Responsibilities
- Client and customer acquisition through growth-based marketing strategies to increase book of business throughout our multi-state presence.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging photo and video content from job sites, team events, and customer testimonials.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters.
- Coordinate digital and print advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Update and optimize company website content using the company’s content management system.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Manage online reviews and reputation platforms.
- Assist with brand development, promotional materials, and community outreach events.
