Job Description

Own the school’s marketing and communications cadence by updating the website, overseeing social channels, creating publications, and coordinating events to tell OLMC’s Catholic mission.

  • Responsibilities: Updates the school website, writing posts and keeping content current.
  • Responsibilities: Manages/monitors social media (Facebook and Instagram), posting meaningful content regularly.
  • Responsibilities: Manages the school App and collaborates with the yearbook coordinator to share event photos.
  • Responsibilities: Creates publications/graphics for school events; develops digital and print materials for marketing, development, and admissions.
  • Responsibilities: Creates quarterly publications for Veritas Society Donors.
  • Responsibilities: Coordinates Cornerstone Breakfast, iGiveCatholic Day of Giving, and Give Local 757 to feature the mission and thank supporters.
  • Responsibilities: Helps build a Catholic culture by assisting Admissions with Open House.
  • Responsibilities: Helps coordinate and promote Nazareth Nights.
  • Responsibilities: Contributes to life of the school through committees and events as directed.
  • Requirements: Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably in a similar role.
  • Requirements: Dedication to Catholic education and ability to communicate its values through OLMC's mission.
  • Requirements: Excellent written and oral communication and public relations skills.
  • Requirements: Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office, Google Suite; database and website experience; strong attention to detail and time management; willingness to learn school programs.
  • Requirements: Four days per week (M/T/R/F) 7:30–10:30 with up to 15 hours total; part-time MA3 nonexempt, 10 months with some summer hours.
  • Requirements: Evening/weekend work as needed.
  • Nice_to_have: Enthusiasm for supporting Catholic education; strong communication skills; 3–5 years experience with communication tools/social media in education.
