Job Summary

Own a small but tight social media and content cadence for a nonprofit-focused agency, balancing posting on Facebook and LinkedIn, blog publishing, and a client outreach push.

Social Content & Blog: create and post social updates on Facebook/LinkedIn and write blog posts at least 2x/month for the site.
Client Outreach: partner with one client to improve their new social media outreach and brand presence.
Strategy & Execution: apply nonprofit social media best practices to content creation, visuals, and scheduling while coordinating with the team for consistent publishing.

Responsibilities

manage our social media posting on Facebook and LinkedIn
post our own social media posts to Facebook and LinkedIn
write blog posts for our blog and post them to the site at least 2x/month
work with one client (for now) to improve their brand new social media outreach

Requirements

Part-time contractor, about 4 hours per week on average
U.S. time zones required
experience with social media best practices
social media post creation (content and visuals) and strategy
writing blog posts on design, tech, content, branding, accessibility, and other related topics
nonprofit social media strategy
client facing roles
