Job Summary

How To Academy seeks a Paid Social & Digital Advertising Manager to lead paid social campaigns across our U.S. live events. Responsibilities include leading full-funnel strategy, managing campaigns across markets, driving ticket sales, providing performance insights, and advising on budget allocation. Requirements include proven paid social ROI, Meta Ads Manager expertise, cross-market scaling, and analytical rigor. A preferred asset is experience in live events or ticketed experiences.

  • Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple U.S. markets
  • Drive ticket sales and audience growth through conversion-focused structures
  • Provide clear reporting and performance insights
  • Advise on budget allocation and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven paid social experience with measurable ROI
  • Strong Meta Ads Manager expertise
  • Experience scaling campaigns across multiple markets
  • Analytical rigour and clear communication

Preferred

  • Experience in live events, tours, cultural programming, or ticketed experiences is highly desirable.
