Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a senior or lead data analyst in the Commercial Lines (CL) organization, you’ll drive the success of paid search and affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • In this role, you’ll identify important data points for performance and lead analysis for media optimization initiatives.
  • You’ll collaborate with analysts across the CL organization, third-party vendors, and other business units to advance media capabilities and deliver actionable insights that shape media strategy.
  • You’ll work to identify campaign needs and turn them into action while consistently providing collaborators with status updates to ensure alignment and progress.
  • You’ll also measure the effectiveness of media campaigns, conduct exploratory analyses to uncover growth opportunities, and facilitate conversations between teams to align on success metrics and strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing paid search or pay‑per‑click marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of media measurement and marketing attribution methodologies
  • Advanced programming proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS, or R) and the ability to quickly learn and leverage data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively in team‑oriented environments, and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic setting
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities, with a track record of using data to inform decisions; highly organized with strong data management and multitasking capabilities in fast‑paced environments
