Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize paid digital & social campaigns
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain accurate client dashboards and reporting
- Document campaign goals, performance metrics, and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategy and performance improvements
- Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing paid digital and social campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large data sets
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and statistical analysis
- Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
