Responsibilities

• Represent the company at live events, retail locations, and community activations
• Engage directly with potential customers and create meaningful conversations
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives
• Generate and qualify leads through face-to-face customer engagement
• Assist with customer follow-up and engagement
• Help execute marketing and promotional campaigns across the DMV
• Work alongside experienced marketing and events team members
• Learn how to track results and contribute to measurable campaign performance

Requirements

• Graduating soon or recently graduated
• Studying or have a degree in marketing, communications, business, sales, events, or a related field
• Outgoing and comfortable talking with new people
• Motivated to build a professional career
• Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn
• Competitive and motivated by achieving goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Looking for a career-building opportunity rather than simply another part-time job
• No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Training is provided.
