Job Summary

Own the patient journey from first welcome to treatment initiation, coordinating appointments, finances, and outreach while helping grow the practice.

  • Support outreach, marketing, and community relationships to grow the practice.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide new patients and families through the consultation process
  • Present treatment recommendations, financial options, and payment arrangements
  • Build excitement and confidence about starting orthodontic treatment
  • Answer questions and address concerns with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinate and schedule treatment starts efficiently
  • Follow up with pending patients and help increase case acceptance
  • Work closely with the doctor and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Create memorable patient experiences and celebrate milestones and special occasions
  • Help plan and coordinate office events, contests, and patient appreciation activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring dental offices and the community

Requirements

  • Comfortable discussing finances and treatment options
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a growing practice
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience

Preferred

  • Orthodontic or dental experience preferred
  • Previous treatment coordinating experience strongly preferred
  • Marketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Experience with orthodontic practice management software and patient communication systems is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
