Responsibilities

• Manage daily campaign reporting for active client advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery data is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor impression delivery and pacing against contracted goals, flight dates, and campaign expectations.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including gross impressions, pacing, video completion rate (VCR), creative performance, device type, and DMA delivery.
• Prepare additional reporting by reach and frequency, ZIP code, event/matchup, and network as requested.
• Identify campaigns that are underpacing, overpacing, or experiencing delivery discrepancies and proactively flag issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and media partners to investigate reporting or delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks to confirm impression totals and campaign data are consistent across internal and client-facing reports.
• Maintain organized reporting files and campaign records for easy reference throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Provide clear and timely client-facing reporting updates and assist with answering questions related to campaign performance and delivery.
• Support end-of-campaign reconciliation and reporting, confirming final delivery against contracted impressions.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred

• A background in media or advertising sales is preferred, but not required.
