Job Summary

Own end-to-end offer content for product variants, turning features and differentiators into market-ready assets across brochures, digital, video and social.

  • Offer content integration: partner with Product Owners to extract features, proof points, and technical differentiators and translate them into marketing language anchored in the family brief.
  • Launch production ownership: storyboard, guide agencies, manage timelines, and maintain quality for multi-format assets.
  • Content governance and classification: apply the right depth and asset set for each offer tier and coordinate with the innovation and league launch milestones.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of complete offer launch content packages for each offer at product variant level — covering brochures, datasheets, FAQs, social messaging, eDMs, web banners, and digital content.
  • Author the Offer Manifesto in partnership with the Product Owner — applying the strategic framework from the family brief to the specific offer's features, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Drive video content storyboarding and guide third-party agencies in developing videos, lifestyle creatives, and multimedia launch assets.
  • Ensure offer launch content is produced to a consistent quality standard, on brief, and within launch timelines.
  • Work directly with Product Owners as the primary Global Marketing interface for offer-specific content development.
  • Extract offer-level feature content, proof points, and technical differentiators from POs and translate them into marketing-ready language anchored in the family brief.
  • Support POs in developing Offer Manifestos — PO provides offer reality, this role provides marketing craft.
  • Manage content delivery timelines in coordination with the innovation launch process and league launch milestones.
  • Manage the offer classification framework — applying the right content depth and asset set for each offer tier (hero, strategic, major, evolutionary).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's a plus.
  • 5+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or offer marketing in a B2B context — with a strong production track record.
  • Excellent copywriting skills — able to translate complex technical offer content into compelling, outcome-based marketing language.
  • Experience managing multi-format content production across brochures, digital, video, and social — from brief through final asset.
  • Experience managing and quality-governing content teams or hub structures across geographies.
  • Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple parallel launch timelines without loss of quality or consistency.
  • Experience with launch processes in a product or offer management context (OLM, stage-gate, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Proficient in design platforms (Adobe InDesign, Canva) and AI content tools; agency management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of energy management, industrial automation, or services markets strongly preferred.
