Responsibilities

• Conduct promotions at assigned locations to include sampling Odell products, handing out merchandise, and promoting the taprooms and featured beer and wine products
• Capture Odell fan’s appreciation through engaging promotion of our beer and wine
• Upon completion of promotion, upload a recap of the event with photos and data to sales portal
• Set up and tear down event displays
• Work with Marketing and Sales to determine best use of point of sale and visual assets to attract customers to Odell products
• Comply with and remain knowledgeable on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Requirements

• Charismatic energy to engage customers
• TIPS trained required within 1 month of hire
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record – no DUI’s
• Must be 21 years of age
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with limited direction and supervision
• Pre-employment Requirements: Clean Driving Record / current MVR
