Job Summary

Drive client relationships and lead multi-brand accounts across Consumer/B2C, tech, and e-commerce while shaping corporate and financial comms for executives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships and manage accounts spanning (Consumer/B2C, Consumer Tech, Marketing & e-Commerce)
  • Execute efficient and effective Financial and Corporate Communication plans
  • Deliver excellent client service across a group of client accounts
  • Demonstrate account and team leadership of the highest standards
  • Contribute to the success of the agency by contributing to business development and product development
  • Retain and promote top performing direct reports
  • Ensure direct reports meet utilization targets
  • Drive the new business development effort (manage a lead from start to finish) and win new accounts as needed to maintain oversight of account revenue
  • Display proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Requirements

  • Strong experience in agency as a Senior Account Manager/Senior Account Supervisor, Director or in-house communications PR Director B2C technology sectors (Consumer Tech, Consumer, Enterprise Tech, Marketing & e-Commerce)
  • A love for storytelling and media strategy and media relations with large global brands
  • Experience supporting corporate communications programs that include working with C-suite executives (including CEO) on external communications including building and making recommendations external communications programs for executives
  • Experiences with financial comms and earnings announcements with publicly traded companies
  • Quirkiness – Not afraid to speak up and own your ideas
  • An obsession with continuous improvement
  • Curiosity about how the business works how you contribute to the organizations success
  • A drive to produce excellent work
  • Pragmatic and goal oriented mindsets
  • A strong written and presentation communication skills, with the comfort to present ideas and make a case to clients and partner agencies

  • Hands-on experience managing and mentoring direct reports and cross-functional teammates.
