Job Summary

Own NA CPS commercial strategy and execution, aligning product, sales, publishers, and clients to package opportunities and premium moments across seasonal, tentpole, and advertiser moments, with scalable playbooks and cross-functional discipline.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the North America CPS team across strategy, business operations, and program management, creating a clear vision, strong team culture, and high-performance operating rhythm.
  • Manage team priorities, resource allocation, and organizational planning to ensure coverage across key commercial initiatives and tentpole moments.
  • Coach and mentor team members across different functions and supporting talent development, performance management, and long-term capability building.
  • Establish ways of working that improve clarity, accountability, and collaboration within CPS and across the broader NA Creative Ops organization.
  • Own the commercial strategy and packaging approach for premium opportunities across Seasonal Holiday, IP Tentpole, EC Promo, and Advertiser Moments.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution model for CPS programs, ensuring commercial packages move from concept to launch with strong cross-functional coordination and operational discipline.
  • Guide the development of scalable and bespoke packages across priority verticals including Sports, Music, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and TikTok IP.
  • Serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Publishers, clients, and Creative Ops, aligning stakeholders around package strategy, feasibility, and execution plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, advertising, media, creative operations, business operations, or program management, with a strong track record in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading multidisciplinary teams and developing talent across strategy and operational functions.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives that require alignment across Sales, Product, publishers, clients, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate business priorities into clear go-to-market packages, execution plans, and operating decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, set strategic direction, and drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and represent a clear point of view in high-visibility forums.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising and media landscape, including how premium moments, partnerships, and integrated programs drive revenue outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience leading teams focused on sponsorships, tentpole programming, advertiser moments, or integrated commercial packages.
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok-first commercial storytelling, packaging strategy, and the broader creator and entertainment ecosystem.
  • Experience operating across both strategic planning and executional delivery, with the ability to connect big-picture vision to day-to-day implementation.
  • Track record of building scalable processes, playbooks, and team rituals that improve speed, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High level of comfort navigating executive discussions, organizational change, and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Proactive, resilient leadership style with a strong bias toward ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
