Drive fundraising campaigns and donor engagement as a Non-Profit Management Trainee, developing leadership skills while supporting campaigns and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations through community outreach and fundraising campaigns
  • Educate donors about the mission and impact of the organizations we partner with
  • Engage with the public to generate donations and long-term supporters
  • Assist in executing marketing and fundraising events
  • Build strong relationships with donors and community members
  • Track campaign performance and fundraising progress
  • Participate in leadership training and professional development
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of new team members as you advance
  • Help manage campaign logistics and outreach strategies
