Job Summary

Support RFQ/RFP responses by turning narratives into visuals, building proposal materials, and doing market research to back marketing runs.

  • Proposal materials creation: firm profiles, resumes, project sheets, and related documents.
  • Content editing and visual conversion: clean up text and convert bulky narratives into graphic responses.
  • Market research and internal marketing product development: support campaigns and knowledge assets.

Responsibilities

  • The marketing intern is responsible for assisting the marketer and operations groups, project managers through senior vice presidents, in their pursuits to get work.
  • Collaborating with marketer on daily tasks to help with responding to an RFQ/RFP.
  • Developing relevant proposal materials (firm profile, resumes, project sheets, etc.).
  • Editing content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc.
  • Transforming text-heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses.
  • Developing internal marketing products.
  • Performing market research.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Adobe InDesign.
  • Microsoft Office 2016 including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Company opportunity management software
