Job Summary

Own the end-to-end activation program workstreams from event planning and logistics to on-site support, project management of internal initiatives, and coordination of external outreach and client-facing communications.

  • Leads budgets, assets, ROS docs and partner coordination
  • Develops client-facing recaps and activation communications

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Market Manager team with event planning
  • Provide administrative relief to field team in assistance with event execution
  • Serve as a project manager across internal initiatives
  • Help with external outreach on behalf of the activation team (Accounts, Ambassadors, Vendors, Etc…)
  • Assist with the development of client facing recaps and comms to share back activation details
  • Plan designated event logistics, including but not limited to:
  • build executional plans
  • develop ROS documents
  • coordinate details with partners and event leads
  • coordinate and manage event assets and elements

Requirements

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • (Late night & Weekend shifts are mandatory) Additional days off will be offered if your schedule exceeds a certain time each week, as coordinated with your manager.
  • Experience in field marketing or brand experiences
  • Experience in special event planning and execution

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with spirits marketing strongly preferred
  • Experience in field marketing or brand experiences are all part of the requirements so not included here as explicit items
