Responsibilities

• Let your creativity lead, designing bespoke content across print, digital, motion graphics, and video, from presentations, proposals and portfolios to award submissions, event graphics, and one-off communication pieces
• Build the templates and systems that carry that work across the office
• Turn complex information into clear infographics and layouts that command the reader's attention
• Act as the office's expert advisor on all things graphic design, mastering new tools and technology and sharing them across the region
• Deliver production-ready files on competing deadlines

Requirements

• 4–6 years of design experience, in-house or agency; architecture, design, or commercial real estate industry experience a plus
• A portfolio showing range across formats and problem types, not one polished campaign
• Command of typography, hierarchy, grid, and layout
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, with demonstrable work in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere; hand illustration skills are a bonus
• Experience with videography, video editing, and visual storytelling for digital marketing, social media, or corporate communications
• Experience across print production and digital delivery, including video, animation, and web graphics
• A real passion for design. You take inspiration from everywhere, look for new ways into old problems, and love making something out of nothing
• A collaborative instinct: takes direction well, gives feedback in return, and pitches in when someone else is underwater
• Clear communication and composure under multiple deadlines
• A portfolio (PDF or website) is required for consideration.
