Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing initiatives that promote Arcade Time’s brand, events, food & beverage, and guest experience
• Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for social media, website, email campaigns, and in-venue displays
• Capture and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a strong understanding of trends and platform best practices
• Help grow and maintain our digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and website
• Design marketing assets including flyers, social graphics, promotional visuals, and digital ads
• Assist with event marketing, influencer content capture, and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan content around events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain organized content libraries and follow brand standards
• Continuously generate new ideas to improve engagement, reach, and overall brand impact

Requirements

• Proven experience creating multimedia content (photo, video, graphics) for digital platforms
• Strong understanding of social media storytelling, especially short-form video
• Comfortable shooting and editing content in a live, high-energy environment
• Working knowledge of the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in entertainment, nightlife, food & beverage, or experiential brands is a big plus
• Experience: creating photo and video content: 1 year (Required)
