Own field-to-store advocacy for Meta AI Glasses, turning product knowledge into measurable in-store impact across training, partnerships, and visibility.

  • Build and deliver in-store and virtual training to retail staff, turning knowledge into confident product advocacy.
  • Strengthen retailer partnerships and in-store presence through demonstrations, displays, and launch readiness.
  • Measure and report training impact, optimize programs, and drive ongoing product visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Best-in-Class Training
  • Provide dynamic in-store, virtual, and on-demand training to retail associates
  • Ensure associates become confident advocates for Meta AI Glasses
  • Drive Mindshare
  • Deliver engaging product training and support new product launches
  • Build momentum for Meta AI Glasses through consistent in-store engagement
  • Build & Strengthen Retail Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and sales associates in major optical retailers
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor on product features, benefits, and use cases
  • Maximize Product Visibility
  • Ensure product displays/demo kits are optimized and representative of Meta AI Glasses brand standards
  • Execute Strategy & Report Results
  • Implement brand advocacy strategies and track performance
  • Analyze trends, report results, and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Proven success, achieving advocacy, delivering training excellence, in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate retail partners, particularly in optical environments
  • Flexible and responsive to changing product needs, retailer priorities, and market conditions
  • This position requires consistent professional presentation, including appropriate business attire and a polished, respectful demeanor when interacting with clients, partners, and colleagues. The individual must uphold the company’s standards for professionalism in appearance and behavior
  • Must be skilled at identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing effective actions under pressure
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain product features
  • Proficiency in mobile phone apps, device troubleshooting, and software updates is required
  • Reliable personal transportation and active auto insurance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel daily to multiple stores and complete occasional overnight or flight-based assignments within the market
  • Ability to set up demo displays (lift 25+ lbs.) and use small tools such as drills
  • Must attend the in-person and virtual training meetings
