Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare provider in preparing exam rooms, managing patient intake, and documenting vital signs.
• Support patient care through procedures such as ICD coding, and collecting comprehensive medical histories.
• Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently to ensure accurate documentation of patient information, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments including vital signs measurement, physiology evaluations, and basic anatomy knowledge application to support diagnosis accuracy.
• Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing patient flow in outpatient clinic.
• Develop engaging social media content focused on health education, wellness tips, clinic updates, and community outreach to grow our online presence.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless patient care continuity while sharing authentic healthcare stories online.
• Do community outreach and build a referral network.
• Bonuses with each new patient booked from a referral obtained.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of outpatient care and medical practices.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, ICD coding, vital signs collection, and intake processes.
• Familiarity with EHR systems for accurate documentation and efficient workflow management.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate compassionately and clearly across diverse populations.
• Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to support clinical assessments effectively.

Preferred

• Experience supporting clinic operations in internal medicine or urgent care environments
• Ability to create compelling social media content that educates audiences about health topics while maintaining professionalism and authenticity.
