Responsibilities

Manage budgets, invoices, AP & financial reconciliation
Conduct competitive research and analyze market data
Support integrated media plans across digital & traditional channels
Coordinate with vendors, finance, and internal teams
Manage campaign documentation, IOs & creative timelines
Support post-buy analysis and monthly performance reporting

Requirements

1–3 years of media buying, advertising, or marketing experience
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with lead generation or competitive industries is a plus
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and data
