Job Summary

Own media analytics and reporting for cross-channel performance, turning data into actionable optimization across spend, targeting, and creative testing.

  • Own dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to reveal marketing revenue trends and paid media KPIs.
  • Lead cross-channel performance analysis, validating ideas with A/B and incrementality tests and delivering concise guidance to stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes to boost efficiency and data accessibility while maintaining clarity for non-technical partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable insights to improve media mix, audience targeting, and creative effectiveness. (20%)
  • Build dashboards and visualization tools using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create custom views of marketing revenue trends with paid media KPIs. (20%)
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret media performance data across digital and traditional media channels. This includes deep dives in to campaign performance to uncover trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities. (15%)
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). (15%)
  • Leverage testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality tests) to validate performance hypotheses. (15%)
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility. (15%)

Requirements

  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
  • Years of experience: 2+
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and media platform reporting suites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Understanding of attribution models, MMM, and incrementality testing.
