Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze authentic workplace communications, including Slack messages, email threads, and internal documents, to extract key marketing insights that will inform the development of AI models.
• Identify and document critical decisions, action items, dependencies, blockers, and outstanding questions relevant to marketing workflows, ensuring that AI systems are trained on accurate and relevant data.
• Develop realistic, multi-step tasks reflecting genuine marketing scenarios, which will be used to train AI models and improve their performance in real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing insights and data are integrated into AI model development, and that AI systems are meeting the needs of marketing professionals.
• Apply domain knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how AI models perform in marketing and related domains.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to extract key marketing insights from complex data and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data synthesis, business analysis, and process documentation, with the ability to identify and document critical decisions and action items relevant to marketing workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive marketing data and information.
• Experience with project management, campaign management, and sales operations, with the ability to develop realistic, multi-step tasks reflecting genuine marketing scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply domain knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of high-quality training data and AI models.
