Job Summary

Own day-to-day marketing operations and content creation for cross-functional needs, with ongoing collaboration across sales, product, and support to produce accurate materials and campaigns.

  • Own content creation across emails, blogs, social, product collateral, brochures, and customer communications, using Zoho and Monday tools for workflow and reporting.
  • Coordinate calendars, campaigns, events, and vendor follow-up to keep projects moving with minimal supervision.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and keep assigned tasks on track.
  • Create and edit content for emails, blogs, social media, product materials, brochures, presentations, and customer communications.
  • Manage and support Monday project management and Zoho marketing tools, campaigns, contacts, workflows, forms, templates, and reporting.
  • Manage social media calendars, prepare posts, coordinate approvals, and track basic engagement.
  • Coordinate trade show and event activities, including timelines, materials, logistics, vendor follow-up, and post-event support.
  • Work with sales, product, implementation, customer service, and leadership teams to collect accurate information for marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, collateral, templates, and content files.
  • Follow up with internal team members and help keep marketing projects moving without constant supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content creation skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or marketing tools; Zoho experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing social media content, calendars, and basic reporting.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and complete tasks with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to collect information and create accurate marketing content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar, formatting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with trade shows, events, B2B technology, SaaS, HR technology, or workforce management is a plus.
