Responsibilities

• Customer Discovery: Collaborate directly with the founder to identify our core customer personas, mapping out their pain points and pleasures.
• Beta Tester Acquisition: Hunt down and onboard our first wave of early users to test the prototype.
• Social & Community Management: Take the lead on managing our socials and building a grassroots community from scratch.
• Execution Leadership: Take our high-level brainstorming and turn it into actionable, high-attention-to-detail marketing experiments.

Requirements

• You speak Gen Z: You know how to market to this demographic without sounding like a corporate brand trying too hard.
• You have a track record of conversions: You’ve successfully turned lurkers into users/customers in the past.
• You love the "Zero to One" phase: Early-stage ideation excites you. You don\'t need a rigid corporate playbook; you want to help write the playbook.
• You are a collaborator and an executor: You have a high attention to detail and strong leadership when it comes to getting things done.
• You are interested in AI & Gaming: You are genuinely curious about AI product development within the gaming space.
