Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Specialist will lead digital marketing, social media strategy, and catering promotion efforts to increase daily sales and build long-term brand visibility in the Salem community.
  • You will work directly with ownership to implement campaigns, analyze performance, and execute strategies that grow revenue.
  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks)
  • Manage comments, messages, and online engagement
  • Build local brand awareness through consistent posting
  • Develop and execute monthly promotional campaigns
  • Increase direct online orders and loyalty signups
  • Track campaign ROI and report weekly performance metrics
  • Improve average ticket size through targeted promotions

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in marketing, hospitality, or social media management
  • Strong content creation skills (photo/video editing experience preferred)
  • Comfortable being on camera and directing content
  • Analytical mindset — understands metrics and performance tracking
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Passion for food, branding, and growth
