Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to customers, prospects, architects, developers, contractors, and distributors.
• Create marketing content for Seawin products, promotions, project capabilities, and Quick Ship programs.
• Manage and grow Seawin's social media presence, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate short-form videos, product demonstrations, installation content, and project-related content.
• Maintain and improve product content on Seawin website.
• Assist with SEO, product descriptions, landing pages, keywords, and other website optimization initiatives.
• Support the growth of Seawin's Quick Ship and e-commerce businesses.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that generate leads and support active sales opportunities.
• Coordinate photography, video production, graphic design, and other creative projects.
• Manage marketing databases and customer/prospect lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience with website content management and e-commerce is strongly preferred.
• Experience creating or coordinating video and social media content.
• Comfortable working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in construction, building materials, home improvement, architecture/design, hospitality, multifamily, or B2B manufacturing is a significant plus.
