Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visit retail locations
  • Understand customer behavior and product movement
  • Identify marketing gaps and opportunities
  • Visit all warehouse locations regularly to: Ensure marketing materials are being used properly
  • Support local teams with promotions and visibility
  • Coordinate and support: Trade shows, vendor events, and promotions
  • Booth setup, product displays, and on-site execution
  • Work directly with the outsourced marketing/design team: Communicate needs clearly
  • Request flyers, promotional materials, and updates
  • Follow up to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, field marketing, or a similar role
  • Experience in vape, tobacco, CBD, or related industry is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel frequently (local and occasional out-of-state)
  • Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
  • Strong communication skills (you will be coordinating across teams and countries)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Basic understanding of marketing materials (flyers, promotions, branding)

Preferred

  • Experience with trade shows or event coordination
  • Familiarity with retail or wholesale distribution environments
  • Basic knowledge of design/marketing tools (not required, but helpful)
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities from a marketing perspective
