Job Summary
Own local marketing activation that links branch operations with revenue goals, driving seasonal demand and cross-trade opportunities across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.
- Lead localized campaigns across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical to promote tune-ups, inspections, incentives, and cross-trade offers.
- Align promotions with operational readiness and provide clear activation playbooks for branches and field teams.
- Coordinate with digital, CRM, and call-center teams to convert campaigns into booked revenue and grow lifetime customer value.
