Job Summary

Own and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to grow Mate's brand and customer base, from concept through optimization, coordinating with creative partners and internal teams.

Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, influencer marketing, retail, events, PR, and trade marketing.
Create and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize results.

Coordinate with creative partners, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify new opportunities to grow the Mate brand and expand our customer base.
Stay up to date on consumer trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the CPG, food, or beverage industry.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand building.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to make an impact.
