Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end webinar and demand-gen programs, driving scalable, cross-functional campaigns that convert engaged audiences into pipeline through templated playbooks and global enablement.

  • Webinars & Events: plan and execute Wiz-hosted sessions with landing pages, segmentation, promotion, live logistics, and post-event routing.
  • Always-On Programs: run perpetual pipelines and vendor networks, including intent surveys, to sustain a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Templatized Programs: convert centralized strategies into reusable templates with messaging, automated workflows, assets, and playbooks for global rollout.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Webinar Logistics & Virtual Events: Manage the end-to-end operational execution of Wiz-hosted webinars and digital events. This includes landing page configuration, audience segmentation, promotion streams, live logistics coordination, and post-event lead routing pipelines.
  • Manage "Always On" Demand Programs: Coordinate the day-to-day delivery and execution of our perpetual pipeline networks, including intent-driven survey campaigns and specialized B2B vendor networks (e.g., SimplyDirect, BrightTALK).
  • Deploy Templatized Programs for Scale: Package centralized Google Cloud/Wiz strategies into highly standardized, turnkey program templates. Enable regional field marketing teams by providing pre-packaged messaging, automated email workflows, creative assets, and execution playbooks that allow initiatives to scale globally with minimal friction.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Velocity: Partner closely with internal teams across digital marketing, product marketing, field operations, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure flawless program delivery timelines and asset coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation within the technology, Enterprise SaaS, or cloud computing sector.

Preferred

  • Operational Execution: Proven ability to operate with speed, agility, and high attention to detail in a hyper-growth environment; comfortable taking hands-on ownership of complex operational logistics.
  • Platform & Vendor Expertise: Hands-on experience executing campaigns utilizing virtual event platforms and content delivery syndication networks (e.g., BrightTALK, SimplyDirect), as well as enterprise marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Program Standardization: Experience adapting centralized marketing initiatives into reusable, templatized frameworks that can be deployed efficiently by global stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of aligning deliverables across diverse international teams and varying time zones.
