Job Description

Support the marketing function by executing multichannel campaigns, managing social content, and aiding data-driven optimization across newsletters, content, and website experiences to drive awareness and engagement with educators.

  • Inbound & Outbound Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, driving site traffic, and encouraging resource utilization.
  • Social Media Management: Contribute to the daily management of the organization’s social media accounts, managing the content calendar, supporting paid social initiatives, engaging with similar accounts to foster potential for partnership marketing opportunities, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Newsletter Support: Help distribute newsletters, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s goals. Support the Marketing Manager in segmenting target audiences and ensuring marketing campaigns are tailored to specific groups based on the engagement funnel.
  • Content Strategy Support: Assist in developing and maintaining content for the Newsfeed and website, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Website Maintenance: Assist in basic website maintenance, ensuring the site remains relevant, accessible, and aligned with the marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track marketing efforts through reporting tools, like Google Analytics, and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and create creative campaigns that resonate with our audiences during key seasonal moments.
