Job Summary

Own the multi-channel marketing for a major co-brand partnership, driving growth, retention, and engagement while staying compliant with laws and bank policies.

  • Own cross-channel programs from planning to execution for co-brand campaigns and partner training materials.
  • Measure results and optimize spend and impact to maximize pipeline and customer retention across channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to produce branded, compliant materials and events up to policy constraints.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support a major co-brand partnership, including marketing, advertising, promotions, and front line collateral and training materials
  • Deliver measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement, in partnership with the co-brand partner
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs comply with laws, regulations and bank policies
  • Coordinate, develop and execute marketing events (tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, local events) to achieve business line goals
  • Provide solutions and problem solve for business line objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred

  • Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments that are completed on time and on budget
  • Experience working with external partners to drive growth objectives. Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to collaborate with research teams and leaders to adapt strategies based on research findings and campaign results
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
  • MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement are a plus
