Job Summary

Own the core social and digital marketing engine for a wellness brand, driving multi-channel content, paid campaigns, and automated lifecycle touches to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Social platforms: build and optimize presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to engage audiences.
  • Paid media and analytics: run Meta and Google ads and measure ROI to uncover growth levers and scale performance.
  • CRM and content: deliver email marketing, automations, and asset creation to sustain lifecycle engagement and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social media management across ALL platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X & more)
  • Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Email marketing + CRM automations
  • Graphic design & content creation
  • Growth strategies, analytics & performance optimization

Requirements

  • Proven digital marketing & social media experience
  • Strong Meta Ads & Google Ads skills
  • Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, creative
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience — strong plus
  • References required
