Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, and case managers
• Develop marketing strategies targeted at private-pay patients seeking neuropsychiatric care
• Represent the practice at attorney offices, referring provider offices, community events, and networking functions
• Track outreach activity, referral sources, and campaign results
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to align marketing with practice capacity and services
• Identify new growth opportunities within the Las Vegas market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a medical practice setting
• Direct experience with personal injury (PI) referral marketing and private-pay practice marketing for neuropsychiatric or related conditions
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-directed and able to manage a field-based schedule independently
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be willing to travel throughout the Las Vegas area
• Availability for a part-time schedule
