Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent visibility across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Respond promptly to individuals who reach out regarding accidents or potential claims.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand the individual’s situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Connect potential clients with the appropriate legal team for further assistance and consultation.
• Maintain availability and responsiveness, including evenings and weekends, to ensure individuals can receive timely support after an accident.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials, digital flyers, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
• Reconnect with previous contacts and maintain long-term professional relationships to create ongoing referral opportunities.
• Attend networking events, community gatherings, and business functions to expand professional relationships and referral networks.
