Responsibilities

• Lead assigned pursuits and market initiatives, qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittals from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder coordination:
• Review RFP/RFQ and client’s needs
• Compose an outline of criteria/responsibilities
• Assign responsibilities/monitor deadlines
• Produce content which best meets client’s criteria
• Write/edit content
• Lead kickoff and quality review meetings
• Participate in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives including:
• Collect and analyze relevant market data
• Assemble detailed data reports on specific market verticals and clients across multiple industries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing capabilities
• Extremely detail oriented and acute attention to accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead marketing assignments and coordinate stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of marketing, communications, and business development principles
