Job Summary

Own the end-to-end local marketing and events calendar for a premium tea brand, translating campaigns into store-level impact and community partnerships.

  • Growth & events: Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches with event activation and partnerships.
  • Content & social: Create and schedule social content, coordinate shoots, and engage audiences on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Operations & brand: Maintain calendars, steward consistent branding across stores, and track performance with post-event learnings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate promotional materials including posters, flyers, signage, gift cards, stickers, and merchandise.
  • Monitor promotion performance and provide post-event summaries and recommendations.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all store locations.
  • Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for new products, promotions, and events.
  • Engage with customers and influencers through social media channels.
  • Track social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas.
  • Assist with giveaway campaigns, contests, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or related fields.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or event coordination is a plus.

Preferred

  • Availability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and events.
